Something for art lovers
« on: August 04, 2015, 11:25:23 AM »
Just to blow my own trumpet for a little while - I have been selected as one of twenty artists to exhibit in the 2015 Castle Galleries Summer exhibition which, this year, is being held at  Castle Fine Art at the International Convention Centre in Birmingham until the end of August. So if you'd like to see some of my work just get along to Birmingham in the next few weeks.

Alternatively you could have a look online and perhaps, should you be so inclined, vote for me (Geoff Fowler) in the people's choice award here:

If you're interested you can see more of my work on my website here:

Wow! You are well within your right to blow your own trumpet Geoff - the works on your website are fantastic! I hope the exhibition goes well for you. It's interesting that all the artists in the exhibition have very different styles. I am surprised there wasn't a painting of a card collector in there ;)
Always interested in buying rare bird cards

Thanks for your kind comments chaps. You never know, there may be a card collector painting at some stage in the future...

Your artwork looks great Geoff. I think Vincent Van Gogh did a painting of a postman, an iconic symbol for postcard collectors. It would be good if you could turn a humble card collector into a cultural icon :)
