You can find the member map by clicking on the link in the menu at the top of the screen. You can add your location by either clicking on the link at the bottom of the member map page or by going to your profile then Modify Profile/Forum profile.

You might need to change the scale of the map or shift it a bit to find my pin.  :)

The map can be zoomed in or out but if you click on one of the members names in the right hand column the map will zoom out to their location.

For some reason I thought you lived in Germany rather than France...  :)

We do have members from all over the world so perhaps the default map view should show the whole world?

What do members think?

a world map would certainly open the appeal to others, be nice to see where everyone is from.

The map is all over the world I zoomed out and in on Tasmania and also found our international member in the south of France. I laughed at my self as I sort of requested this to find out how near everybody was so we might be able to meet. Its just told me the opposite how far away everybody is, but have met Cedric 1812 ... Sam, the nearest so far.

A great addition.

also like the members list just confirms how little or nothing some members contribute.

PS. Sorry but still do not like the yellow font.
Regards David .
Always looking for interesting cards and associated goods issued by Ogden's you can see samples of cards I am looking for in the wants section.
Best Regards David

I'm afraid you didn't successfully add your location to the map. Please try again. You can do it by going to your profile then Modify Profile/Forum profile.

i'm starting to get a bit lonely down here in the south east, but so far, with members that have put their pins in the map, casual observation, seems to highlight the more former industrialised areas of the united kingdom.
does this in someway reflect that areas of the noth, and wales had a largly working class population, in which there may have been more heavier smokers than here in the south east, and the legacy still hangs on, not by the fact that smoking is not looked upon nowaday, but that cigarette card collecting was more popular in these areas, with many more cards being available , hence the popularity today with the current cartophilists that put their pin on the map.
until new memnbers put their pins on the map, this is the observ ation i get at the moment
